Mil-Spec BD6.5 GORE-TEX® waterproof, breathable fabric combines an abrasion-, saltwater-, and UV-resistant polyester face with a nylon tricot backer suitable for next-to-skin contact. Its structured construction limits tight creasing as the suit compresses underwater, while athletic patterning follows the diver’s neutral body position and preserves mobility for climbing and active movement on land.

A rear horizontal mid-torso zipper enables unassisted donning and remains clear of front-mounted rebreather equipment. Four-point mesh suspenders distribute load, stabilize the suit under equipment, and secure it when half-donned to reduce thermal burden before deployment. A manually operated binary micro-exhaust valve supports controlled pressure release with minimal bubbling during low-detection movement.
